Dark Side Creations accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, cheques and
 money orders.

Prices listed on this Order Form are for designs manufactured in any of our 10 Standard color options.
Black, Red, Green, Purple, Pink, White, Blue, Semi-transparent, Brown and Yellow.
Metallic and Iridescent effects are available in all of our Standard color options.(Plus Metallic Silver & Metallic Gold)
A 20% customizing charge will be applied for Metallic effects; a 20% customizing charge will be applied for Iridescent effects.

-Prices are listed in Canadian dollars.
-All orders are pre-paid.
-G.S.T. at prevailing rates will be charged on all products sold within Canada.
-Shipments are FOB Origin (Calgary), Freight Prepaid & Add
-No merchandise will be accepted for return unless specific authorization is given in advance.
-Dark Side warranties our products for 90 days.  Our liability is limited solely to replace or repair merchandise.
  -Prices and terms are subject to change without notice
-Average production is estimated at 6-8 weeks (More time may be required for custom orders)
-Cancellations:  A 20% cancellation charge will be applied to cancelled orders
